This seminar provides information about litigation and giving testimony. The goal is for counselors to become aware of the court expectations and help a counselor feel comfortable when asked to be a witness either as an expert or for one’s observation.
Chronic Pain with Addiction is a complex illness. It is vital as a clinician to have an understanding of the complexity of this illness in order to effectively treat the client.
