Addiction treatment services in the state of Illinois continue to be in jeopardy, and YOU can help us do something about it. Contact your local legislator and tell them:

NO ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICE BUDGET CUTS !

Illinois spends over 14 percent of its budget (nearly $5 billion) dealing with the consequences of untreated addiction which are:
increased crime, domestic violence, foster care placement, hospital emergency department expenditures, lost worker productivity, etc. Cutting addiction treatment will end up costing our state more.

Less than one-tenth of 1 percent of all state spending is dedicated to addiction healthcare services.

We all must make our voices heard!
