Serenity House is victim of fake credit card orders.

Serenity House has recently been made aware that our in-house store has been compromised by an outside party. 

Please be assured that this is in no way fraudulent activity on the part of Serenity House in Addison, Illinois.

If you see a pending charge from Serenity House on your credit card statement, you are a victim of this fraud. We have marked these charges as fraudelent, therefore they will be removed from your account. However, we STRONGLY recommend that you check with your banking institution and credit card company to report this and any other suspicious activity that may appear on your account.

This in no way affects the security of our order pages. The perpetrators of this fraud DID NOT access the credit cards used on our site.

We have taken every measure possible to also identify, halt, and report this activitiy to local, state, and federal authorities.
